Welcome to BYC! I have a couple very nice roosters I need to rehome, I'm in South Dakota. I think you're about 5 hours away from me. If you ever get out this way you're welcome to one.
I have a sexlink rooster, an English Orpington rooster, and a couple bantam roosters. None of them are aggressive at all and are great with the hens.

I will likely have a rooster out of my 5 week old chicks. Not sure if you wanted to wait and start with a young one or not. Closest MN city to me would be Stillwater
 
I have a couple very sweet, and very pretty, Russian Orloff roosters. They are 9 or 10 weeks old. I'm happy to meet you in La Crosse, WI if you like. That is almost exactly between our homes if you are in Rochester.

The Orloffs are nice birds, not aggressive at all, so if your girls are bigger, you may have to introduce him slowly so they don't go after him.
