In over my head?

Hi. I live on a few acres, my toddle loves animals and we eat a lot of eggs, so it makes sense to get chickens right? Haha. So I just started my incubator with hatching eggs yesterday. I thought I'd researched well but as I get into it I just keep finding more things I need to figure out. maybe starting out from eggs was a bit lofty but here and I thought it would be easy! with a little boy running around though, I wanted to take every step to make sure the chickens imprint and be as friendly as possible.
So, I'm grateful for this resource and thanks in advance for everyone's help!!

Your setup looks great. Keep your temps steady if possible and humidity in a good range and I think you will have success.
