In search of a Peach Honey or Marmalde recipe.....

Mom gave me a basket of peaches yesterday & I love peach honey & the peach Marmalde that has the oranges in it . So now all I need is a recipe that is easy enough that a semi - begginer can follow. Anyone got one ?

Have you ever made raspberry peach jam? I haven't (mainly because raspberries ripen in July here and peaches aren't until late August) but it sounds delicious. Maybe I'll freeze some raspberries so I can make some raspberry-peach in the fall.
