I am enamored with my 4 Courternix Quail... and I want to move to something a little more exotic... is there a breeder here in Eastern PA? Also, has anyone else had luck raising them? May want to try Jumbo Bobwhites... any suggestions?? Thanks!

ebay is the source for that sort of stuff. Eggs from every sort of quail you have ever seen a picture of, and at the right time chicks.

Just go to ebay and do a search for quail eggs.

Among the results should be sellers of CA quail eggs.

Gambel's quail look almost identical by the way.

I have a bunch of pairs. Just live in Canada close to the New York State border. Not sure but I think I could send them to ya know problem.
I have often brought eggs here.

Basking, there is a seller on Ebay that goes by the name bestcoopsnet. They are out of Oregon, and they are listing California Quail eggs for hatching. Don't know if this link will work, but here it is....

If that doesn't work, you can look up the seller's name "bestcoopsnet" by search on Ebay.

I love these birds, as I grew up around them running around our fields in northern CA. Wish I could raise them here, but MN isn't really the place for them. If you decide to raise them, please keep us updated! Would love to hear about your experience with them.
