In the box out the box mandarins?

I have one female that goes in the nesting box daily but doesn't do anything, so I was wondering if that was normal even though she hasn't layed any eggs and she is about 2 years and a half old. Another question she has a mate but he is an angle wing and isn't the dominate one so she just hags around him but he doesn't mate her the other one does even though she runs away but she get bred anyway. Should I take him to a different aviary and let the dominate male have two girls? Thanks
