This looks like pox to me. In 20 years in medicene, I've never seen poison ivy do this. Looks like they've come in contact with something far worse. Ouch.

It's poison ivy. An old BF of mine got it like this after clearing a hillside of "brush" for a family friend. I had to use a spray bottle on him in the morning to get him unstuck from the sheets! Needless to say I slept on the couch for awhile.
