Looks like the little siamese kitty is praying - is that a cast on her leg?

Her name is Pretzel. The link tells her story. She was found along the road in Florida when she was about 8 weeks old. She is completely blind and her leg is twisted. She has a fan group which has funded her surgery on her leg. She had her first surgery this.week.
