Yep I watch them when I can get away with it. These girls help me with that.


That video was wild. Now sure I want to know what it cost though.

I actually watch everything Lothrel puts on youtube an would not mind working together with her or anyone else on a youtube project but she an everyone I know that does that are no where near me.

I have put my first video on youtube. I wonder if you could watch it and critique it for me. It is my cockerel Keith the Lemon Pekin (geddit?) crowing 'Potato'

Well first, I watched it a few times cause a chicken saying potato is funny. But two things stand out as something that the youtube community will not like.

1. It was filmed in a vertical format. Youtube an most monitors are set up for wide screen. Also we have been watching wide screen format for over 100 years so some people refuse to watch anything vertical.

2. Youtube watchers only give you about 5 seconds. As far as I can tell from my videos, 25% will watch less than 10 seconds of your video no matter the content. 50%+ will quit watching with in 10 seconds unless something happens to get them to watch. That video has a lot of time before the star crows where you can tell it. Without editing out all that lead time I think most people that watch that video will never hear him crow. Most will be gone after 10 seconds an part of the ones that stay will leave after hearing normal crowing in the background. He actually crows at that point but I missed it 3 times before I noticed it cause of the other crowing.
