With the hat and scarf, the sword(?) wielder looks like a Tom Baker Dr. Who impression - but I don't think The Doctor ever faced down a balloon monster.

No idea? I just started watching Doctor Who so I wouldn't know, but I do see a girl that knows how to pick a good hat.

Tom Baker was my favorite - I never recovered from his regeneration. So that's a Balloon Monster, I thought it was' crazy strings,' come to life

yea, that's what it loks like! Silly string stuff that's blown out of cans.
...with eyes.
We almost had a female Dr. Who. I am not sure I would have made that adjustment well.
River Song was difficult enough. That wibbly wobbly timey wimey stuff made me so confused.
