Honestly, it just looks like a dead bug.

I had to look up 'sun spider' that bunnylady mentioned. Florida must not have these things.
How'd I get this old without ever hearing of them? wait, that might be a good thing. 6 inches of creepy and all.

A wooly Bear Catterpillar.. (you would not believe HOW EXCITED I was to find him.. Haven't seen one in YEARS!!)

A Bumblebee snoozing on our daisys... apparently they do this on our raspberries too.. gotta be careful while picking those berries!!
