Long-ish story. A friend of mine is getting married in the spring. 40s kind of theme. And I was thinking about what I'm going to wear, and remembered I bought a 40s/50s style dress a few years ago. I've never been able to wear it though, because I don't have shoes that go with it. So I decided to raid Pinterest for white pumps. And then I found these (along with a whole bunch of others). They definitely don't go with my dress, but they're gorgeous.

Sounds like an excuse to look for yet another dress.

Not quite... We did get snow for once an not just Ice. A mile from me they got a foot. My dad got 7 inches an I measured 5 inches in the driveway.
