The guy who pulled out. You could use that video to try to prove fault on the speeder but their is not any real evidence he broke any law. The guy who pulled out though has clear evidence he failed to yield right of way.

Oh, I agree, he probably did get charged with something like that. I'm thinking that when the van driver looked before he moved, he didn't realize that the black car in the distance was coming at him at an insane speed, so he thought he'd have enough time to get into the lane and be out of the way long before the car got there. As he was moving, he realized his mistake. There was oncoming traffic to the right, so he couldn't sit in that lane, so he tried to squeeze onto the - I think they call it "zebra pavement(?)" - but there wasn't quite enough room.

Nice weather today so we took the jeep out to see what was going on down on the river.... Now I am sitting here covered in mud questioning why I even took a shower this morning...





Also questioning how my friend can be as bad with a camera as he is.

Your friend must be a GOOD photographer, I don't see any mud on your white shirt or on the lady in the back. Maybe you just jumped into a dirty jeep. Yah that's what happened.
