Is that your bath tub? wow. pickles? salsa? what does one do with that many green tomatoes?

Pickles salsa relish... That's from 2013, and that's just the ones we saved from the frost.... We had about 400lbs total grown in around 250sqft... I really miss the greenhouse.... Fall stinks

When i have a green tomatoes i do this:


I put a green tomatoes in a dark place, and after some time it begin to be yellow and red. But it`s important to take all the tomatoes before the begining of the cold weather, if we take it too late they will be bad very fast and will can not to be eated...

Thinking it takes an artistic touch...looked on the how, couldn't find any, but..there is one youtube guy trying to teach it, but couldn't post it because he uses a lot of....ahem...colorful metaphors! She here are some more photos of chicken wire sculptures though.
