I'm guessing the tumor cake is for a bunch of ob-gyns who can pretend to do surgery while cutting the 'cake' But who would take a knife to a baby cake UNLESS maybe they circumcise it. So many, many disturbed people out there, all us rational folks should be kept in prisons to protect us.
