Mudding has a lot to do with the dating scene down here. I have been on way more dates over the years going mudding than I have going out to eat.

When I was in college my brother had a live in girlfriend. Her an one of her friends were gone doing who knows what one Saturday when me, him an some friends decided to get the trucks muddy. She ran in to us at the gas station on the way to the mountains. She flipped out over the idea that he was going without her. They broke up over it right there in the parking lot of the gas station. My brother is a shy person so it was a sight to see go down in public. He drove my my truck, said lets go, an we drove away with her still standing in the parking lot. It was sun up when we got home an she had moved out in that time.

20 years later an she is still trying to get him back.

Mudding is taking your truck and some buddies out on dirt roads, and slipping and sliding around in the mud until your truck is covered in red dirt. It's called mud bogging down here in GA.

Mudding is a common thing here , guys/gals find a puddle and turn it into a bottomless pit after a while ....some call it fun ? which it should be , but around here it happens in public access roads etc and causes massive damages that we as tax payers have to pay for . We do have mudd bogg derbies as well , big revenue bringers for local fairs etc . Never done it myself though I own a 4x4 which would be more then capable of doing it ......just don't want the bills for repairs
