I don't get it.

If that pic is for real (and the state of the back tire makes me think it is), apparently the guy had some bricks to transport, and his only means of transportation (other than his own two hands and feet) is the bike. He has carefully stacked the bricks on the bike, and is walking them to wherever it is that he needs to take them. Pretty ingenious, if you ask me.
