I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings, but this is a heavily composited and shopped image. Iridescent clouds are a real thing and do happen as mentioned here, but not like this. This is digital art.

Oddly, for a place where it never rains, we get the iridescent clouds all the time. I'll see if I can get some pics.
