I have 2 of these trees in my lot. One flowers, and other does not. Trees are over 20 years old.
Did you notice anything similar with the trees in your area??

There are so many tulip trees here, and many are so tall...the only way i can tell if they're blooming is to look at the ground under them for fallen flowers. Too many trees to keep up with.
It may be the tree that's not flowering is missing some key condition that would help it.
