Never just plain boil. Fry, cook with tomatoes and onions, and pickle. Some times make okra fritters. Sort of like crab cakes with okra instead of crab. Okra, tomatoes, and onions is called okra salad in the deep south by a lot of people. You can buy that in cans at some supermarkets.

I don't think I've posted this one yet. I named her Jezebel as she was meaner that a 3 eyed snake. She chased all the other birds away including other doves. I think this one went on a purse for a lady.

Went out and watered the garden tonight and found 2 big half ripe tomatoes. Brought them in to keep them from getting bug chewed. Getting a small second batch of peas on the same vines! Never had that happen before.
