I always wanted my milk in them because it would keep cold! My mom (long time ago) ended up selling them in a yard sale. After my mom passed I would tell my sisters " I wished I had those tin tumblers back". For Christmas one year they gave me a set of six with an ice bucket they had found at an antique store. SWEET!

That was so nice of them!!

I remember that if you filled them with ice they would get so cold your lips or tongue would stick to them ~ just like putting your tongue on a flagpole in the winter!
