You could use playdough or plasticine to make the tea set!

I think a little flat porch and a rocking chair

   I think they would like a tiny tea service

You can bake it at around 200 to speed up drying but playdough is known for cracking. I think most people air dry it a few days an skip the baking.

Yes, you can bake playdough. I would look online for a recipe for dough that you can make specifically for baking. It would give you baking temps and times too!
