Ok after some reading I now know it is not a ring but a clear round plug so nothing can run out, you just have to watch them eat...

But if you look at the lips position and the teeth on the girl ..........something isn't lining up ? You see both her upper as well as lower teeth which I don't think you should seeing as how it on her lower lip ? just a thought ?

It is pushing the bottom lip an the gum line apart by an inch. The gum line cant move so the lip is going up an inch putting it well above the top teeth
