Okay it was a photo shoot for the car. But, I wish it was a lighter color so we could see the dog much better. Gordon's are beautiful, they never got "too popular" like the Irish setters and somewhat ruined as a result.

I bet he thought he was going for a ride.
 
Love all those setters...went to Westminster this year and just drooled over that Sporting Group.. I love most of the breeds actually, except a few I don't care for. Nice to see what the standard of perfection is supposed to be. neat stuff.

She is both a Show and Agility Champion and also competes in Hunting Trials. She recently competed in the AKC National Agility Championship where she was the only Gordon Setter.

What is the personality type of a Gordon setter? I have always loved them, but I have not ever known one. Are they smart? Good with kids?

Not that it matters. I take the dogs that God sends us. (Goofballs, the lot of them.)
