in this random rambling thread we post random pictures

I thought so too. but I could not see it well enough to know for sure.
he sure did use up a lot of thallium green if it is a painting.
I'd be seeing blades of grass in my dreams.

lol Pretty sure that if it is a painting, a girl painted it. It could be a dad painting his girls an come out like that but I would bet its a girl doing the painting.

I miss the days when hunters were responsible. Growing up I could go hiking threw the woods at any time of the year dressed any way I want an not worry about getting shot. The mindset we have now that its ok to shot at anything that moves unless it is wearing orange is very sad..

Rebel,
I am a gazillion years older than you, but I was always leery of walking the woods (private property) during hunting season, too many poachers. If they will trespass and poach, what else would they do?
Then hunting season became optional to them and I just quit my wanderings in the woods.
THAT was the most criminal of all. They stole that from me.

It may be where I grew up then. Or maybe I was to stupid to know better. I think we were just behind the times. Outhouses were still normal here until the 90s. The church we went to back then was on the main highway an still did not have indoor plumbing. Trails going of in to the woods on ether side leading to outhouses. The term "trespassing" was unknown to us. Nothing was posted an everyone hike or hunted where ever they wanted. I remember taking long hikes where I dd not know where I was for 6 or more hours. We would come out behind someones house in the middle of there backyard pick nick. They would greet us an ask us to eat with them..

My grandfather was out bird hunting one time an someone shot over his head to run him off. He was hopping mad that someone would do that. He assumed he had walked to close to someones still but he was still shocked than anyone would do such a thing even then.
