That song is about 800 years old now... I spent some time this last year collecting all the known words to it so I could put together the version my grandfather would sing to me. Found this version while I was doing it.

Same story for the most part that we all know but the song is not. I like it though.
 
Hi Hennible, I hope you get to move and get some chickens. You sound like you will be a wonderful chicken mom. It is life changing really. I had no idea how wonderful is it.
 
Was driving around in the woods off the side of the Mountain tonight an ran up on a bonfire party... One of the guys there was someone I sang on stage in Nashville with 20 years ago. I have not seen him sense 1997. A few others knew who I was but I could not remember them.... Just one of the fun things that happen living in the mountains...
