This is a good one for here..not sure this is something going on in just our state..or all over..but for here..Nov. is no shave month.at least for this yr.

No shave November is a charity thing where you send in a picture of your self (clean shaven)to the American Cancer Society that you take on Nov 1st along with $10. At the end of the month you take another picture. I think they give out prizes an all but its mainly about earning Charity money an cancer awareness. Hair is a big thing cancer victims lose.

If there is a contest out there as to who can win with the .. most.. hair on the face, then my son is out. lol.. This is his first time ever trying to grow a beard. He started about a week ago, and, you can finally see that he has something going on. Not like his dad at all! Dad..one day of not shaving...oh my.
Will have to look up on the charity thing. I know my son would love to give. We have two daughters and two grand daughters that have let their hair grow several times, then given it for cancer patients. Yep, we are getting old..my DH just had a birthday..again! And me too! His on the 19th, mine on the 20th. My hair would still grow long if I let it..it's still nice and thick too. Just can't see me with long hair. I used to have down below my butt. Back in the 70's I didn't hear of this cutting and giving hair away.

Snow storms!

These were taken a few yrs. back..we've had more since then, but haven't taken photos...but these are good.



I may as well have some fun in it. Just one time down.




My coop up there looks like that every winter. That's the end of the run, the top is covered with tarp. It's actually longer now too. Fun in the snow..every yr. We have gotten a really nice snow blower for now! Love it.
