Aaah yes.. That would be cold. Kinda like jumping into a frozen lake...ONly its just his feet.

(I did that two weeks ago for special olympics Wisconsin. Can you say brrr.)
I may have been smiling, but I was terrified..

Me and one of our church parish members. Can you tell I was having second thoughts? xD

The Water was only 4 feet deep.. Somehow when I jumped in I forgot that, and did this instantaneous doggie paddle. He fared better than I did... Yet I'm thinkin of doin' it next year with my neighbor and my best friend. It is for a good cause.. Maybe this time around I won't hyperventhilate and do an instant dog paddle. I know what to expect..


Two weeks ago was Polar plunge, last week was Battle on Bago Ice fisheree... This week I'm tackling Granite peak.

Wow. Very brave of you!

We have so much snow here they're taking it away in dump trucks.

Wish they could truck it out to the west coast!

Poor Mondays. No one likes them.
We need to start calling them 'Fundays" and just add them to the weekend.

Polar Plunge - I wouldn't have second thoughts because I wouldn't even have first thoughts. No way, I would do a walkathon, I would get my head shaved but, ice water is not for me.

I like Mondays just fine. Same as any other day to me....

Yes, it's so strange, still, since the kids are gone, but one that just came back from a mission, and now that my DH is retired, we have to ask every now and again..what day is this? Oh dear. Oh my.
