That was someone using their phone to record security camera play back. You can also tell from the video that it is not venting an the pop off valve did not go off so it was probably modified by someone to try to make it hold more pressure. Though it could be that it is an old cooker without a pop off valve an the user never cleaned it. The lid was also ether not on good or unscrewed its self spinning an hitting stuff. Ether way the cooker held an just blew out the seal.Why was this being recorded in the first place? Just some random video taping? Of them working? I've never owned a pressure cooker, don't think I ever will.
