Around 2000 I was in a chopper off the coast of Panama City Beach an I looked down an saw that scene. But the fish was much bigger an it was a woman on an air mattress.

I didn't want to know an I was 1000 feet up in a chopper... I was distracted pretty quickly though by the plane pulling a banner that almost hit us.
