I hope so. Milk I need to cook for breakfast cocoa and bake pancakes. I'm not a farmer, I just live out of town and buy animals for my own needs, not for trade.
Although if here will be too much milk, I can always do curd or ice cream. Now this is not a problem, there are a lot of household appliances for ice cream production, and this devices are cheap.

I'm going to do this as a hobby when I will have a large herd of goats and milk. Now it's too early to talk about it...
When I go to the city (I travel rarely, not more than once every six months), I go to any nearest makdonalds and buy there ice cream, usually with caramel filling
Specifically here I think to use strawberry, raspberry jam and black currant. But it will not be soon.
