I specially maked 3 pictures, i see it`s not an optical illusion.

That's odd whatever it is fell slowly enough you had time to take three pictures. I don't know what it could have been. There are many celestial things we can only wonder about.

Many Santa was taking a practice run and made a wrong turn . Is Santa allowed to fly in Russian air space?

I don`t know, but russian analog of Santa - "Grandfather Frost" never fly )) He don`t use a flying deers, he use a 3 horses.
