I'm 100% certain this photo poses more questions than it answers. Suffice it to say, he's a Marvel comics character with super healing powers, and he was literally torn in half and is regenerating while laying low at blind Al's house. None of the rest of what I could say will make sense if you don't know the material or haven't seen the movies.
