I'm in my style. In one place we decided to make a small flower bed, but I didn’t have small stones, so I took large ones. All night long I played computer, then I slept until dinner and went out to carry heavy stones in the very heat))) Then I had to milk the goats. In general, now everything hurts me, I feel like a decrepit old man))) My lower back hurts, my hands go numb and I feel like my legs will fall off)))
This is because at night it was necessary to sleep, and not play computer games. Then I would go out to work in the morning, when it's cool and nice, and not at noon, when the sun came out and the heat began.
