I was tired of canning in jars and I decided to preserve compote in bottles

The recipe includes three boils (scalding fruit three times), at the end the container is closed and turned upside down. To prevent the bottles from falling off the table, I tied them with ropes. :)

Once in these bottles there were pomegranate, carrot and pumpkin juices bought in the store. I was tired of these empty bottles always lying around in my house in different places, I decided to wash them, scald them and use them to preserve compote.
It turned out 19 bottles and one can. Next, I will preserve in three-liter jars - I have run out of bottles.
After compote, I put some eggplant caviar in jars (eggplants, carrots, onions, sweet peppers are stewed in a saucepan, go through a meat grinder, then stew a little more and canned with sterilization - filled jars are boiled for some time in boiling water).
