We had tons of fireflies when I was a kid. I don't think my children ever saw any, and I'm certain my grands haven't. Sad.

I may have posted this pic of Toby, my Dom rooster, before. He has a twisted wing on this side from where a dog briefly got hold of him, but still he struts and crows. I find him rather inspiring.
