Made my wife a real cutting board with walnut, maple, & cherry.

I would be hesitant using as a cutting board,,, putting knife scratches/cuts into the BEAUTIFUL WOOD. Consider using a plastic knife when you do use it.

We used them for light cutting only when not an end grain board. If and when scratches appear they can be run through a drum sander again then refinished several times. I've got a lot of wood still in stock to make more with.
