This is probably one of the most carefree people in the world. On June 14 of this year, three kilometers from the shore near the city of Feodosia, rescuers found a drunk vacationer in the open sea, sleeping on an inflatable mattress. He had crutches, an Elizarov apparatus (used for complex leg fractures) and a bag filled with beer and sandwiches. The man slept calmly. They write that he did not need medical assistance. Probably, he was carried out to sea by the ebb tide.
