My ant has been working for years to scan ever family picture anyone has an give everyone disks.

20 years or so after mom & my lil sis died, moms husband was moving an found a box full of her pictures of us. He sent them to me. I was shocked but happy we got them. I have most of the family photos here so I had my brother keep those at his house an we all have a disk of them now too.

A quick and dirty solution is to take a good digital photo. Make sure the lighting is good, coming across the photo at an angle so there aren't reflections or glare.
