Inactive hens

The eye of one of my hens is swollen. Just the outside rim. After some research I believe it is coryza. I have treated it with sulmet in water. The swelling does not seem to be worsening but she and the other two hens stay in the coop all day. The other two do not show any swelling. Does anyone know what might be happening?
