Well at first I had a pair of unrelated fantails who reproduced and had about 4 offspring from them. well eventually some of the pigeons died until all we had left was the original father and one of the offspring. well time went by and the offspring never layed any eggs so I assumed it was a boy. well a few days ago the original father and the offspring began to make a nest and a few days later there were 2 eggs in there. After waiting a few days I candled them and they are fertile!! Is it bad that these fertile eggs resulted from a father daughter mating?

Nah, it'll be fine

You just don't want to inbreed for more than a few generations.

They are ok as log as its not brother sister matings. you can line breed by breeding father to daughter.

alot of show breeders inbreed/linebreed on purpose for particular traits, I use it when I'm breeding my show chickens. If your just breeding for fun its fine for a couple generations then you should mix up the blood.
