Hello. I'm ready to incubate some chicken eggs. My RIR are new to laying and their eggs are a little small. Should I wait or incubate. I know they are fertililzed.

How long have they been laying? Wait 1 month at least before incubating. This will help hatch rate and help chicks be more healthy!

Pullet eggs are more likely to produce weak chicks that struggle to thrive. If there's no rush, I would wait until the girls are a bit more mature and laying larger eggs.

OK thanks. They have been laying sporadically for a month. I will wait a bit.
