Incubated eggs are changing colors

Do you have an idea of how far along the development is?

60% is high even for waterfowl unless they're on lockdown. I run my incubators around 45% for the beginning of incubation and then increase it to around 65% for lockdown and hatch. In a styrofoam incubator I run it about 10% lower than that.

If you are able to hand turn the eggs waterfowl do better incubated on their side than vertical.

My fingers are crossed for your hatch! Good luck!
Honestly I'm not sure, I have 4 or 5 that look very full, and then some that about half as full, and then some even less then that. I know last year I had two females sharing the same nest. What is the best way to get the humidity down, is it as easy as not putting as much water in the unit?

Yep, it's as simple as removing some water. You may have a staggered hatch. I would just watch the air cells to see when they start to draw down on one side. When you start to see that I would stop turning so they can get in position to hatch. This air cell development chart may help you to determine how far along they are now and will also help you to gauge what to keep humidity at.

The heat 99.5 . The humidity 60 percent.
What is causing the whole duck egg to darken? We candled them a week ago, saw life in each one, and put them right back. They are in an incubator that automatically rotate them and keeps the temp at 99.5 and humidity at 68/70%. We just noticed today that one egg (the whole egg) has turned a darkened color.
