incubater 3 dif temp readings help

need advice plz i desided to putt3 more temp gages in incubaer to see if readings n incubater are rite as notise that most my eggs are eater not started grow at all or started but stoped so as sat but 3 temp gages in all in sae spot and one is readying 36.7 other reading 34.6 and built in incubater one reading 37.9 at a los wich to go buy
