i just got my incubater and eggs when do i put the eggs in it

Turn the incubator on and let the temperature settle. That is usually at least 24 hours.
The sooner the eggs go in the better unless you know how old they are, but if they were shipped they should be allowed to settle at least 8 hours at room temp then go in.
