Incubating 101

Hi there!

I'm going to be incubating for the first time in a few months hopefully but I still don't know too much about it and I'd like to know everything there is to know.

I've heard terms like 'lockdown' and things like that but I don't know what days to do that or what that is.

Something that would be so so helpful is a day by day calendar on what to do and how to do that.
