Correct temperature and humidity for your type of incubator then put them in and let them be.

My eggs 'heat up' day 18-20. I'll have the temperture set and it starts creeping up--about 2 degrees on a full tray of eggs for me. I adjust it down to keep the wet bulb temperture 90-91 degrees.
