Ok this might be a dumb question but what happens to a double youlker egg when incubated, Do you get twins? or just 1 chick? Is it even possible to get a chick out of one?

It would be twins, but often there isn't enough room in a double yolker shell for both to develop well. Sometimes 1 chick makes it.

Most double yolk eggs have problems, and maybe one chick makes it. There have been twin hatches, but they're very rare!

BTW, welcome from a former central Texan!

You get trouble and hearbreak. I had a double-yolker hatch a couple of weeks ago. The chicks were packed into the shell so tightly that only one could pip, and it didn't have enough room to zip the shell. So I helped him out. That's when I saw the second one, mushed on the bottom. It had suffocated, which was a good thing, because it was completely deformed... smashed flat. The one that made it out had a leg that was permanently extended backward, so it had to be put down too.
