Incubating advice needed please

Hello friends I'm trying to hatch some chicken eggs, is ok not to open the incubator until the 18th day or can I open it for some hours?

Hello friends I'm trying to hatch some chicken eggs, is ok not to open the incubator until the 18th day or can I open it for some hours?

Not hours, but you can open it to turn, candle, add water, etc. Keep each opening under 10 minutes though and only open a couple times a day.
