incubating advice

Hi. I was looking to incubate some of my jubilee orpingtons. My plan is to use one of those mini dome incubators that hold 7 eggs. I have never done this before. Can anyone give me advice on how to go about this.

When you say a dome one do you have one in mind? I would recommend the Brinsea mini. More expensive but worth it and reliable. If you get a cheaper one a thermometer and hygrometer to double check temp and humidity is a must to make sure you get a correct reading.
