How long into the summer months do you incubate eggs or have hens sit on eggs?

You can incubate year round depending on your set up and environment. I only do spring and early summer because I am in northern NY and winters suck. I am not set up to be brooding outside during the cold and I made the mistake of brooding inside once for winter months and it's not something I want to do again. I had two broodies hatch out mid October last year and that was pushing it for me.
